1. Login https://mysteryplanet.com.au/account/login

Reset Password

1. Visit https://mysteryplanet.com.au/account/login
2. Click “Forgot your password?”
3. Enter your email address
4. Click “Submit”
5. Check your email inbox for the email we just sent you
6. Open the email called “Customer account password reset” and click "Reset your password"
7. On the Reset password page, enter your new password and repeat it again
8. Click “recover password”

Change Your Name, Address or Phone Number

1. Login https://mysteryplanet.com.au/account/login
2. Below Default address click “View addresses”
3. On My Addresses page below Addresses click “edit”
4. Enter the new information you wish to update
5. Please "tick" the box If you would like this to be your default delivery address
6. Click “update address”

Change Email Address

1. Login https://mysteryplanet.com.au/account/login
2. Visit https://mysteryplanet.com.au/pages/contact-us
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page below the Contact Form
4. Inside the Message box, please provide the following information below and click “Send”

Type: 

• Request Change Email
• Your email address
• Your new email address

Example:

Request change of email
abc@example.com
abcnew@example.com

For security purposes, your new email address will be updated manually by the next business day.
