1. To create an account, please navigate to the top of the page and click on "G'day, sign in" link.
   
   
2. A new page will appear, and you will be prompted to enter your email address, and password to sign in if you are an existing customer.
   
   
3. To become a new customer, navigate down and next to the blue sign in button click on "Create free account" link.
   
   
4. A new page will appear, and you will be prompted to enter your first and last name, email address, and password. Click the "Create now" blue button. Once you have created an account, you will be able to log in and start using our website as a member.

3. A new page will appear, here you can view your recent order history and update your shipping address. Find on the page Default address and click on "View addresses" link. Here you can edit the existing address or add a new address.
   
   
4. Fill out the Add a new Address form, click the checkbox "Set as default address" and then click on the blue "Add address" button to save this new address.

If all items are in stock, orders placed before midnight will be sent the next day. You'll receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Orders containing out-of-stock products will be sent once all items are back in stock.

After your order is finished, you receive an email with a link to your order progress page. To check the progress of your order and monitor your delivery, please save this email. As your delivery advances, delivery updates will also be delivered to you through email.

Mystery Planet offers $12.99 Flat Rate standard shipping and $19.99 Flat Rate express shipping delivered within Australia, larger items such as telescopes have different shipping rates and will be calculated during checkout based on location. Shipping to New Zealand is only available at a flat rate of $19.99, express is not available.

In order to select the ideal freight service for your location, we collaborate with a number of carriers. Australia Post, Fastway, Star Track, or other services may deliver shipments. You may track your package using the link in your shipment confirmation email, which will take you to the company handling your shipment's freight.

All orders over $100 will require a signature on delivery. If nobody is present when the package is attempted to be delivered, instructions on how to pick up your package or arrange a redelivery will be left.

A $29.99 Flat Rate standard shipping is available from Mystery Planet to New Zealand. By location, delivery timeframes will vary.

Yes, we can deliver packages to PO Boxes in Australia.

You can use our free Click & Collect service to order online and pick up your order at our Mystery Planet store. We also provide delivery to New Zealand and all of Australia.

Delivery times will vary depending on location. Our packages are sent out of Gold Coast, Queensland. Please give the delivery 2 to 8 business days. Delivery times could be longer in rural areas. Prior to midnight, orders will be sent the following business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be dispatched the following business day.

Customers can help to reduce the risk of parcels being lost or delivered to the wrong address by providing accurate shipping information. Customers should also keep a copy of their shipping confirmation for their records. If your shipment was lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us immediately by emailing admin@mysteryplanet.com.au. We will investigate the claim with the courier company and do everything we can to get your shipment to you as quickly as possible.
